Build a Bike for Charity Event!

Volunteers Needed:  CYCLE Houston (formerly Elves & More) is a children’s charity that rewards students with new bicycles for achieving better academic performance in the classroom.  As part of teaching youth about Christ and giving, Young Life/Wyld Life (a non-denominational Christian ministry that reaches out to adolescents) youth will be participating in this year’s CYCLE Build-A-Bike Program.  The ExxonMobil Christian community can assist the process by volunteering with the youth on Saturday, December 9, 2-5 pm, building bikes and interacting with the 10 YL/WL youth and three leaders.  If you are interested in signing up (praying for at least 10 EM volunteers) please contact Charic Daniels, charic.m.daniels@exxonmobil.com, by December 1st.  CYCLE will receive Team Volunteer Involvement Fund grants for every five (5) employees or qualified family members who participate.  Snacks and drinks will be provided; no special skills required.
