Motel Church: A Volunteer Opportunity in Houston

[gallery ids=“2895,2896” type=“rectangular”]Motel Church Houston is a small church planted among the homeless and working poor in northern Houston. We gather weekly at 10 am in a parking lot off of 1960 with a meal, a small worship service and a sermon. We need volunteers! Our mission is to serve as God’s servants to help the homeless and the working poor in and living around weekly motels to:

  • Come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ
  • Grow in Christ to carry on the great commission and the great commandment as the body of Christ and as individual believers
  • Become responsible members of the body of Christ in their local community

You can find us on facebook at www.facebook.com/MotelChurchHouston or a website www.motelchurch.com or email us at motelchurchhouston@gmail.comWe have an online signup for folks that are interested in volunteering to bring food and/or setup.
